BATIENERJİ continues to produce energy in its KOVADA I, KOVADA II and HASANLAR hydroelectric power plants utilizing only renewable resources. Its primary goal is to increase its installed capacity by only investing in the field of renewable energy. It carries out the feasibility and permit processes in respect of its wind and solar energy projects, which it aims to materialize in line with its primary goal.

Having been updating itself following the latest trends in technology since the very first day it has started to produce ready-mixed concrete, BATIBETON has come to the forefront in the region among other companies. Aiming at maximum customer satisfaction with the quality of its products and services, BATIBETON continues to make investments with environmental consciousness. R&D studies are being carried out in order to improve product performance in its central quality control laboratory, which fulfills the requirements of TS EN 17025 certification.                                                                      

All of our ready-mixed concrete plants have obtained the G Conformity Marking and KGS Conformity Certification issued by KGS (Quality Assurance System Commercial Enterprise). In addition, all of our ready-mixed concrete plants are equiiped with TS EN ISO 9001 Quality Management System, TS EN ISP 14001 Environmental Management System, and TS ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certificates.

BATILIMAN has a very convenient location in terms of berthing and unberthing of ships. The open field of approximately 100,000 m² located immediately behind the pier as well as the bonded and unbonded warehouse areas of approximately 67,000 m² and 25,000 m², respectively, which are 3 km away from the port, are used as the port area. These areas are suitable for bonded warehousing, temporary storage and unbonded warehousing, and provides advantages to freight holders, in the transport organization of inbound/outbound hauls.

The service quality of a port is determined by the the proximity of the port to other central locations, along with the elements of price, speed, time and safety. In this respect, BATILIMAN has an important strategic position with the highway and railway line that extend to the port area. This provides a significant advantage to its customers in their export and import activities. It has a hinterland that primarily includes Aliağa and İzmir region and extends to the surrounding provinces such as Manisa, Denizli, Balıkesir and Aydın.                                                                                      

BATILIMAN has the capacity to offer a variety of services to its customers with its modern port equipment 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, which range from handling of bulk cargo (feed-grain, coal, mine, etc.), general cargo (iron-steel, bagged loads, etc.), and project cargo (wind turbines, transformers, factory equipment, etc.), and from storage of these cargoes through the options of bonded or unbonded warehousing, to the performance of all related logistics activities.

Fly ash collected by means of the 2nd, 4th and 5th electro filters available at the SEAŞ Soma Thermal Power plant is processed and recycled at the facility of ASH PLUS.

Fly ash processed in ASH PLUS is used as the main TS EN 197-1 compliant cement additive in the cement industry.
